Membership Form

The North Carolina Suzuki Association operates within the calendar year, January - December. You can join or renew online via our Google Form, or by sending both a printed Membership Form and check (payable to NC Suzuki) to NCSA treasurer Laura Eis at 2107 King Lear Court, Greenville, NC 27858. Active Membership fees are $25 before February 1st ($30 after this date). If there are financial hardships, please let us know.
